administrators, moderators, subscribers, contractors, contributors, or other

alerts, summaries, market commentary, or AI outputs, should be interpreted as a

Account Use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for any API keys created in
your account. Do not share account access, abuse APIs, scrape the service,
attempt to bypass rate limits, or redistribute data from Intelligent Labs unless
Intelligent Labs has given written permission and the applicable vendor terms
allow it.
Support, Data Export, And Account Deletion
Use Account -> Support inside Hermes to request support, account-data export,
or account deletion. Hermes may retain operational, security, billing, legal, or
vendor-compliance records where required.
Billing
Paid subscriptions require Stripe checkout, customer-portal access, subscription
status, cancellation handling, and refund/cancellation language. See the billing

Changes
Intelligent Labs may change product features, data sources, availability, terms,
and policies as Hermes evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the
updated terms.
