  • answer support requests and investigate user-reported issues
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce rules, detect fraud, and rate-limit suspicious behavior

Discord And AI Interaction

By participating in Intelligent Labs-related Discord channels or interacting with Hermes, you acknowledge that messages, prompts, commands, and related metadata may be processed to operate, secure, support, and improve Intelligent Labs services and offerings. Data may be analyzed in aggregate or anonymized form to understand reliability, usage patterns, product quality, and abuse risks. AI-assisted features may send prompts, context, generated outputs, or support content to LLM or AI-analysis providers when needed to provide the feature, triage support, summarize market context, or operate safety and quality controls. Intelligent Labs uses third-party processors for authentication, storage, billing, hosting, logging, market-data, customer-support, and AI-assisted features. These processors include Supabase, Stripe, infrastructure and logging vendors, market-data and event vendors, and LLM or AI-analysis providers such as Anthropic for Session Pulse, support triage, or other AI-assisted product features. Vendor retention, training, and processing practices may be governed by vendor terms and Intelligent Labs account settings with those providers. Voice interactions are processed transiently and are not stored as audio recordings by Intelligent Labs unless the interaction occurs as part of an Intelligent Labs-hosted or Intelligent Labs-approved podcast, live discussion, research interview, support session, or recorded event in which you have knowingly agreed to participate. Where recording occurs, Intelligent Labs will provide reasonable notice.

Discord Platform Notice

Intelligent Labs community spaces operate on Discord. When you use Intelligent Labs services within Discord, Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. Discord may collect, process, store, disclose, or retain data independently of Intelligent Labs, and Discord’s privacy practices are not controlled by Intelligent Labs.

Billing And Stripe

For paid subscriptions, trials, invoices, and customer-portal access, Intelligent Labs uses Stripe Checkout, Stripe Customer Portal, Stripe webhooks, and related Stripe services to process payments and manage subscription access. Stripe may collect and process payment method details, billing contact details, address information, transaction data, subscription status, refund or chargeback information, tax information, and fraud-prevention signals. Intelligent Labs does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or bank account numbers on its own servers. Intelligent Labs receives and stores only the billing, subscription, entitlement, invoice, support, and transaction metadata needed to operate access, provide support, maintain accounting and tax records, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. If you use optional Stripe features such as Link or Financial Connections, Stripe may collect and process additional information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. Payment-related data may be transferred, processed, and stored outside your country and may be subject to disclosure when required by law. For more information, review the Stripe Privacy Policy.

  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, subpoena, court-order, or vendor-contract obligations
  • complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate handling of user data
Providers may process account identifiers, subscription records, support content, product-use telemetry, market-data requests, prompts, generated analysis, or operational logs as needed to provide their services to Intelligent Labs.

Local Browser Storage And Cookies

Hermes may store preferences in the browser, such as theme, chart settings, dashboard layout, cached UI state, and session state. Clearing browser storage can reset those preferences. Intelligent Labs may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, and product reliability. Blocking cookies or clearing browser storage may affect product availability or functionality.

Retention

Intelligent Labs keeps data for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, operate accounts, maintain security, resolve disputes, support users, meet accounting or tax obligations, comply with legal or vendor-contract requirements, and preserve product integrity. Data may be deleted, aggregated, anonymized, or retained for a longer period when required for legal, security, billing, abuse-prevention, or compliance reasons.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of personal data. Intelligent Labs may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain records required for security, billing, legal, abuse-prevention, product-integrity, tax, accounting, or vendor-compliance reasons.

Security

Intelligent Labs uses authentication, scoped API keys, route gating, operational logging, access controls, and vendor safeguards to protect the service. No system can guarantee perfect security. If you believe you found a security issue, report it through the support path without including secrets or another user’s private data in the first message.
